Little Movers Newcastle, Cramlington & Alnwick

Hi, I’m Katie, the proud owner of both Little Movers Newcastle, Cramlington and Alnwick and Little Movers Hexham and Heaton! A teacher of 14 years, I jumped at the opportunity to encourage our children to be fit and healthy whilst having lots of fun! My boys are currently 4 and 6 and love to be on the go – all the time! Little Movers is a super way to challenge them, to keep them moving and to help them to learn about their body and the world around them – I love our ethos – and so will you!

I am now exceptionally proud of my team! I have 4 wonderful women working alongside me to help deliver Little Movers to babies and pre-schoolers in our community, our local schools and nurseries and hopefully soon in our local care homes through our fantastic intergeneration programme!

Our award winning classes are 45 minutes of high energy fun to help with your child’s development. A great way to spend quality time together as a family whilst keeping fit, learning through dance and play and making some fantastic memories and new friends on the way.

Meet Amy - Class Leader

Hi I’m Amy, and lucky enough to work for Katie at Little Movers Newcastle, Cramlington and Alnwick.

I am married with 2 beautiful little girls Isla 7 and India 4. I was first introduced to Little Movers when I started taking Indie when Katie first started classes. I fell in love with Little Movers then.

I loved being part of the class and really got into it (even as a parent) I met amazing friends at class and Katie became one of them. When the opportunity came up to start doing classes myself for Little Movers.. it was a no brainer, friends and family said I would be brill! So I did!! And have not looked back.

I absolutely love what I do and never thought I’d be one of those lucky people in life who get to say they love their job!! How lucky am I! I love all of my Littles and enjoy being able to bond and challenge them with different elements throughout class.

Seeing them grow with confidence and ability is beyond rewarding and getting feedback from parents on classes and their children’s development it amazing.

Dancing.. playing.. smiling and singing is so much fun so that’s why I love Little Movers.

Meet Hannah - Class Leader

Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m so proud to be part of the Little Movers team. I’ve got two children age 5 and 2 and I was a primary school teacher for over 12 years until I left last year to spend more time with my children.

This allowed me to attend a Little Movers group with my then nearly 2 year old, and we had the best time ever! I loved the high energy, the songs and dances, and enthusiasm from the leader each week.

So when a class leader job came up, I jumped at the chance to be involved and here I am!

Meet Jade - Class Leader

Hi my name is Jade and I am a Mam to 4 children. I have worked in nurseries for over 10 years helping to support babies and children learn and develop through activities supporting Early Years Foundation Stage. Working with children has always been a massive passion of mine.

Through Little Movers, I love using my skills in a different way which is just fab! Being able to help little ones to build confidence, dance and have fun is what I love about Little Movers.

Meet Jodie - Class Leader

Hi, I’m Jodie and I have a little 5 year old boy, we loved going to baby and toddler classes together. I am super excited to be part of the Little Movers world! I love to watch little ones have fun.

My absolute favourite games to play in class are the bouncing balls on the parachute then hide and seek!

We’re proud to have hundreds of amazing reviews from our lovely families who come along to our classes, re-book term after term and create so many lovely memories together!
