We are thrilled to share that Mel was truly honoured to collect the Social Impact in Franchising Award at the Disruptive Franchise Awards, hosted in London last week. This prestigious award recognises businesses making a real difference in their communities, and Mel’s dedication to creating positive change through Little Movers was celebrated by the judging panel.

One initiative that particularly impressed the judges was our Kindness Jars. For those who may not be familiar, Kindness Jars are a simple but powerful way to teach children the value of generosity. Each Little Mover is encouraged to place a penny—or any small contribution—into the jar, helping to support local causes and demonstrate that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a huge difference.

The judges were genuinely moved by the incredible thoughtfulness and compassion our children are showing through this initiative. Every Little Mover who has contributed to the Kindness Jar is helping to shape the next generation of change-makers, showing them firsthand the impact that kindness and community spirit can have.
