At Little Movers Leeds West, we’re lucky to have an incredible franchisee leading the way. Danni joined the Little Movers family in February 2022, bringing with her a determination to build a career she could balance with being a working mum. With her beautiful daughter, Erika, in tow, Danni jumped straight into her training, promoted her classes in a brand-new area, and quickly became a local favourite.
From Parent to Franchise Owner
Danni’s journey began as a parent attending Baby Movers classes. When she first attended classes with our Halifax franchisee Kirsty, Erika was just a few weeks old. Danni instantly fell in love with the upbeat, welcoming environment that focused on both baby and parent. After moving back to Leeds, she was disappointed to find there wasn’t a Little Movers class nearby. She tried other baby groups, but nothing felt quite right.
“I loved the upbeat, welcoming class and the way it focused on both the baby and the parent. When I moved back to Leeds, I realised there wasn’t anything like Little Movers locally – and I wanted to bring it to families here.”
When she discovered a Little Movers discovery call online, she knew this was her chance – and the rest is history.
An Instant Success
From the very start, Danni’s classes felt fresh, exciting, and completely unique. In her first year of business, almost all of her classes were sold out, and within just three months, she was awarded Most Loved Franchise, voted for by the families attending her sessions. She has maintained this title into her second year and continues to enjoy the support of a loyal and enthusiastic community.
Alongside regular classes, Danni has also built successful birthday parties, intergenerational workshops, Splash Dance sessions, school afterschool clubs, and a variety of popular specials and events – many of which sell out.

A Mum’s Perspective
One of the things Danni loves most is that Little Movers fits seamlessly around her life as a mum. Erika has been part of every stage – from attending classes as a baby to becoming a confident, social, and fun-loving little girl who lights up the room wherever she goes.

For Danni personally, Little Movers has been transformative – truly the making of her. Struggling with depression and anxiety for over 15 years before Erika, joining the Little Movers family gave her confidence, purpose, and joy a change that has been life-changing for both her and her family.
