Hi! I’m Cara, the proud owner of Little Movers North Wales. I’m a mum to two wonderful girls, and I absolutely love keeping active, having fun, and sharing lots of laughter in class!
At Little Movers North Wales, we offer a wide range of fun and engaging dance and movement classes for children from birth right up until starting full-time school. Our sessions include Baby Movers, Little Movers, Early Years PE sessions, and Intergenerational classes, all designed to help children learn, grow, and build confidence through dance, music, and play.
I first discovered Little Movers back in 2017, when I attended both Baby Movers and Little Movers with my own children. I instantly fell in love with the classes and the community — and it’s been a huge part of our family’s journey ever since!
With my background as a mum, sports coach, and early years practitioner, I’m passionate about creating classes that are inclusive, energetic, and full of joy — where children can thrive and parents or carers can make wonderful memories together.
I’m so proud to bring the magic of Little Movers to my hometown of Prestatyn and beyond, and I’d love to welcome you into our amazing Little Movers North Wales community. We have lots of lovely families ready to greet you — come along and join the fun! 💛

Such a fun way to spend time with your little one! My little girl absolutely loves the class it’s her favourite time of the week. There is always something new for them in class each week to keep them engaged would definitely recommend to everyone!
