At our 2026 Little Movers Team Conference, we were incredibly proud to announce Emily as our Franchisee of the Year.

This award recognises a franchisee who truly lives and breathes the Little Movers values, making a lasting difference to children, families and their local community. Emily is a wonderful example of exactly that.

Having trained at The Royal Ballet School in London, Emily has an exceptional dance background, but what makes her truly inspiring is her belief that every child deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of dance.

When Emily teaches, her passion shines through. She completely comes alive when she dances, and that energy is contagious. Children, families and colleagues are all inspired by the enthusiasm and warmth she brings to every class.

Together with her fantastic Class Leader, Amy, Emily now welcomes more than 500 children every week to Little Movers. Every one of those children is given the chance to move, dance, build confidence, make friends and discover just how happy being active can make them feel.

Emily’s dedication doesn’t stop in the classroom. She is always looking for new ways to support children, share ideas with fellow franchisees and help Little Movers continue to grow. She embodies our belief that Every Child Matters, and her commitment to making dance accessible and enjoyable for all is something we are incredibly proud of.
